Fletcher Machine Works, LLC is a job shop machining and fabrication facility located in Fletcher, NC. We serve customers in the heavy equipment, mold and die, automated machinery and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) for various industries.

Capabilities include CNC Machining, Mill, Lathe, CAD/CAM, with emphasis on stainless steel for medical applications. We also have a full-service welding/fabrication shop with stainless steel welding capabilities (certified).

Projects include short and long run production CNC machining, industrial repair items, fabricated assemblies and prototypes.
